Best time to Visit

The ideal times to explore Illam or Shree Antu Valley are from October to December and February to April. These months offer the best weather and the clearest views. However, to fully experience the charm of Illam's famous tea gardens, avoid visiting from mid-November to mid-April, as this is the off-season for tea production, and the tea factories will be closed. Additionally, it's best to steer clear of the monsoon season, which spans from June to September, when high humidity and obscured views can dampen the experience.
